Introductory orientation to enable access to the Don LaFontaine Voice Over Lab. Topics include lab policies, basics of sound, file formats and general uses of the space.  This is 1 of 2 required orientations and must be taken in order before gaining access to lab.

++Things to know++

1) If you arrive late, your spot may be filled by someone on the waitlist or standing by.

2) Guests cannot accompany seated attendees of the orientation.

++ READ THE FOLLOWING ++

Please note the difference between an "RSVP" button and a Waitlist" button.  If you see and click an RSVP button, that means you are registered for the event and a seat will be saved for you.  In other words, you can attend the event.  If you see and click a waitlist button, that means you will be placed on the waitlist (as in waiting list).  In other words, you are not registered to attend the event.  In each instance, you should receive an email confirmation that states your current status for the event.  Please be sure to verify your status by reading what the email states as it applies to you. 

If there is a cancellation by a seated individual, we will select a replacement from the waitlist and notify the replacement by phone.  We will then verbally extend an invitation to that individual to attend the event.
