Cold reading workshop with Fern Orenstein - Frequency restricted

NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted.

Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from CAP staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door.

Once you are confirmed for the event please plan for the following:

You MUST bring your paid-up, valid SAG ID card (or your receipt of current payment) for admittance.

- Bring one (1) headshot with resume stapled to reverse for submission

- Bring your own writing/office materials; CAP cannot supply pencils, pens, paper, staplers, tape, etc.

- Bring no guests; this reservation is for YOU alone

- Bring no food to the room (closed beverages such as bottled water and contained coffee/soda are permitted)

- Look your best. It is advisable not to wear flip-flops or other excessively casual attire that might affect movement or detract from your performance.

- Be prepared to stay for the entire evening; usually between 2 - 4 hours. Please do not sign up for a workshop if you will need to leave before the event has ended.

• - DO NOT BE LATE; late arrivals will be denied admittance and will be restricted from the program for 6 months - no exceptions. Please be aware of traffic conditions to allow for travel time. Please do not show up at the event if you are running late as it disrupts the session. failure to arrive on time or failure to attend without cancellation by midnight prior to the event will result in a six-month suspension of CAP attendance eligibility. This is very important and I want to repeat it because you won’t like it if you’re suspended for SIX MONTHS, so, please, cancel your reservations before midnight the night prior to the workshop if you can not attend.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, you must call (323) 549-6022 and leave your message of cancellation no later than midnight the day prior to the event.

You may also cancel your reservation by going to our website at www.sagfoundation.org and logging in. You will see the event listed with the option to cancel. Online cancellations must also be made no later than midnight prior to the event to avoid CAP restriction. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations without such notice will result in restriction from CAP events for a minimum of six (6) months.
