| May 20, 2010 - Roy Harper and Necole Cameron of MXL Microphones personally delivered an assortment of hand-picked condenser, ribbon and tube mics and some other great stuff for the Lab. MXL was the first manufacturer to offer assistance to the Lab, and come to us through our sound engineer George Whittam. |  |
| May 18, 2010 - The studio windows are installed. Thank you Paul's Associated Glass Products. |  |
| May 14, 2010 - The donor wall and DLF VO Lab sign are being installed. |  |

| May 9, 2010 - One step closer. Carpet is installed. |  |
| May 7, 2010 - The sound doors are being installed. The ceiling tile is also in place and we have our first coat of paint. |  |
| May 6, 2010 - Chris Dauray of Manley Laboratories, Inc. personally delivered the Lab’s Manley Reference Cardioid Microphone, handing it off to George Whittam of ERS. George designed the sound booths for the Lab and Chris handmade our Manley mic. Thanks to you both for your excellent work. |  |
| April 30, 2010 - Painting has begun and will continue next week. Carpet and other finished begin soon. |  |

April 14, 2010 – HVAC silencers are going in place. After a few inspections next week the ceilings will be installed in the booths. |

March 31, 2010 – We are working with an incredible group of contractors. Cannon Constructors is the General Contractor. ACCO, All Ways Electric, Inc. and Pacific Wall Systems, Inc. are some of the great sub-contractors on the project. Here are some of the tradesmen sealing the duct joints and applying the second layer of drywall inside the large booth. |

March 22, 2010 - Electrical inspection today. Drywall work begins. |

March 16, 2010 - The electricians are hard at work and the framing is almost complete. |

March 9, 2010 - Framing for the walls is underway. HVAC and electrical work continue. |
